A few days later, I see in the application that the card is missing. I'm calling and they say I'm sorry, but since you don't have a social card, we won't be able to make a card for you. I, an Armenian, who has been living here for the third year, cannot get a DEBIT card due to the lack of a debit card! As a result, they invited me back to the office to return the money. I came in, refused the card, and was told the money would be deposited into a bank account within three days. It's been more than a week, the money hasn't been spent, and the app has stopped opening. Absolutely incompetent employees, especially in management, are just irresponsible crooks. For the fourth time, I certainly won't waste my time going to the department because of your joints and those 2,000, you can wipe yourself with them. Moreover, I found out that a friend flew in from Russia at the Avan branch and applied for a debit card with an Armenian passport and a social card, they promised within three working days. A week has passed. He's leaving today. He calls, they say - oh, I'm sorry, we have some questions for you here, since you still have Russian citizenship, you need more documents. Or you can come for 2000 (which apparently won't give a damn either). Only now the man has already flown away, and was left without the promised card, due to another negligence and irresponsibility of the staff. In general, I do not advise anyone to contact this bank. You can also register with fastshift (which you can transfer money to from Tinkov) only with an Armenian passport. Well, yes, transfers from Russian tinkov are so important for Armenian citizens.
