It's not just about a failure, but about a system thought out to the smallest detail that does not allow you to get your money back. What is the genius (for them) of stupidity?: 1. The "wrong" bill receiver. The receiver for loading money is made so wide and illogical that the bill does not fall inside, but falls safely right inside the case. She's in limbo, in a "no-man's-land" zone that you can't reach. 2. The beginning of the performance. You call support, hoping that a man will arrive with a key, open the door and take out your blood. The operator will stall for time, ask stupid questions. All this is done for one purpose — so that you give up and leave. Their main task is not to solve the problem, but to exhaust you. 4. The main "trick with the ears" and the essence of the scheme. And most importantly, even if this mythical employee MIRACULOUSLY arrives and takes out your bill, they won't give it to you! Yes, yes, you heard right. That's what they told me: "According to our instructions, we return the money withdrawn from the terminal only to the checking account." Conclusion: It's not a bug, it's a feature. Smart heads have come up with the perfect scheme: the terminal seizes money, the support turns you down, and when you try to get your way, you run into a bureaucratic wall. They get an interest—free loan for a month, and you get the nerves and the feeling that you've been cheated. Recommendation: Avoid this terminal by the tenth way. It is better to pay with a commission through the bank's application than to voluntarily give money into this trap, followed by a humiliating struggle to get it back.
