In the dining room (cafe), portions of cheese are tiny grams per 10 chechels. Horror and minus! The baked pies are delicious. Beer too. Tea is so-so. It is not clear why a smoking room is needed. The pool did not dare to check. There are no hooks for sheets in the bath when you go to wash in the shower. This is a fat minus! The toilets are dirty, they stink a lot. This is a minus. In general, some negative points. I do not recommend going there.

I respect this bathhouse for its comfort. I have been going since the opening day, not often, because I go to the bathhouse for the whole day. Everything has been done for the client in Fatima. There are even smoking rooms with tables and chairs. The only thing at the checkout is sometimes attributed to services that were not used, obviously by mistake...I advise you to check the receipts if you visit the bathhouse, as I do for the whole day. I like everything there except the hammam. This is not a hamam. It's just a steam room. Hamam is when warm marble sunbeds with different temperatures. And there is also a good massage therapist, a professional. I prefer massage than pilling. Our Shymkent peelings are the coolest in KZ.
