We 've been there a couple of times . the menu doesn't have much choice , but the prices are nice. Turkish coffee has an average taste, pastries without frills. There are a lot of people. If you come early in the morning, then there is no one. Cats live at the cafe and they are fed

A pleasant place, you can order a burger for 150 lire, it comes with potatoes. Tea is also some kind of inexpensive, 15 lire or something. In short, I recommend it as an inexpensive place in the center.
