The city of Saryagash. Booked for one night. We arrived in the evening. A very kind reception manager. We ordered dinner there and brought everything to the room. One disadvantage is the noise outside the window: either the engine or the generator… Basically a fresh renovation, everything is new in sight.

We have always liked this hotel and stayed only here because of the excellent staff, good rooms and excellent breakfasts. But this time we left after a couple of days because of karaoke and music that is pounding on our ears all evening, so it's impossible even to watch TV in the room. It's a pity that the excellent hotel was so ruined...

Hello! I was there on January 4.01-January 7.01, 2026. The place seems to be new or after renovation. The first few days we ate, the kitchen was good. But after 2 days, as we stayed in a hotel nearby, Paradise, we came to have dinner. We ordered salads and waited for a barbecue, brought our kebabs, put them on ourselves and just started eating, and there's a cockroach running around, ugh. I told the waitress about it, apologized, but no one came from the administration. They left without eating anything. There were cockroaches in other places
