I ordered a flight from Grodno to Bialystok via busfor: the carrier transagency favorite, Gaya express arrived🤣 for 1 night this bus: did I check in advance at the specified number on the ticket how should the bus go directly to Bialystok? - they answered: yes. As a result, when boarding, I find out that we are going to Warsaw, and then to Bialystok! I consider this piggishness and incompetence! How is it that the company cannot give correct information on the specified numbers??? In Poland, I would have filed such a complaint that I would have been compensated for moral damage, which I do not expect in Belarus! The situation with the border is difficult now, but I no longer use the services of this company! Scam and savage incompetence😡

We took tickets to Vilnius several times. Many times they thought that the bus would fall apart - so something creaked and rattled, and the driver was eating sunflower seeds, holding a Coca Cola with his other hand. I was holding the phone and talking. But it worked out.
But on August 27 at 14-30 something unreal. There are a lot more people than places. As well as giant suitcases. There is a minibus to Bialystok nearby, so the driver told me to prepare tickets and passports. The same zero. I was just thinking how to get everyone in. It looks like the leftists were beating up the sanatorium in Druskeniki.
The guide! Pay attention to this driver! Some rode standing up!!!!!

We traveled from Grodno to Warsaw twice and there are simply no positive emotions. The drivers are rude, they drive them into buses shouting..and they offer to go next time with other carriers. And moreover, they were different drivers, but equally boors. There is no Wi-Fi either. I will never go again and I do not advise others!!!

The company is almost the only one with which it is convenient to travel to Vilnius and back - there are many flights, the time is convenient, there is always wi-fi on the territory of Lithuania almost along the entire highway. Except that drivers are very different: some are pleasant, and some are unsociable and do not want to stop at cotton wool.
