I applied to this organization more than once, and everything was always at a good level, but it was true in the period up to and including 2021, and at the end of 2025 I applied again, and I do not recognize this organization. On 11/25/2025, I paid the bill, there was a conversation about the delivery time of 6-8 days, it's already on the calendar on 12.01.2026, and they still serve breakfast. Some kind of constant stupid excuses, problems and reasons that hinder them...... To the verbal claim that this organization has assumed obligations, I received the answer that they do not owe me anything, and they can refund the money. But the question is not about money at all, time has been wasted, inconveniences and losses have formed out of the blue, and the most "interesting" thing is that the tone of communication shows that customers do not care at all, there is no desire, or even the appearance that they are somehow trying to speed up and solve the problem....... As a result, I strongly regretted contacting this organization, there are quite a lot of much more customer-oriented organizations on the market with a similar, and to be honest, a wider range of goods/services.
