Yes, I was here. We stayed at the hotel and immediately sat down in their restaurant and rested. The restaurant is cozy, cool and the staff is polite. The dish is varied and delicious.

A very nice hotel. Cleanliness, pleasant and friendly staff, excellent breakfasts. No complaints. The room category has been upgraded from standard to suite without additional charge. Everything was great!

Цена отеля для Ургенча выше среднего. Были пару дней , персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. Цена очень сильно разница с букингом. Номера чистые, ремонт выборочный зависит от коридора куда попадешь. Про включенные завтраки никто не говорит и не напоминает. Приезжая уточняйте все на рецепшене. И очень не хватает розеток в номерах. Плюс уходя у вас буду забирать ваш ключ, чтобы не потеряли.

Хорошее обслуживание в отеле. Ребята молодцы, стараются сделать пребывание в отеле максимально комфортным. Вкусные, хотя и однообразные, завтраки. Уборка и замена полотенец ежедневная.

Old renovation. The rooms are small. The bathroom and toilet need to be repaired. The smell of sewage. Breakfast is meager, if you have been emptied before, they are in no hurry to supplement and update.
