We were with the dog, especially before we brought her, we came up and asked all the managers if it was possible with the dog. We announced that we would be sitting outside (I will highlight the rain and dampness on the street, but we assessed the weather risks for the sake of what people inside would be against).
As a result, we took the dog out of the car, went to a table on the street (where there is not a single occupied table, due to weather conditions) and then an employee ran up from somewhere and began to complain about the dog.
I repeat, before we came with the dog, we went around several managers and asked for permission, which we were given.
To the question: What's the matter? Why not? And how will a dog get in the way on the street?
We were just mumbled in response and offered to sit on the stairs!
It's just the most top-rated institution for all the time you have been living in Uzbekistan.

The kitchen was terrible, all the dishes were wildly salted, the beef liver kebab was dry, overcooked. Mantas are also over-salted. The salad "Relish" consisted almost only of some kind of salted cheese, and on top of it they covered it with breadcrumbs so that it was impossible to even take a little salad, the breadcrumbs fell on the table. It's kind of tinny, really it's impossible to serve in a normal salad bowl, and not in some kind of bowl. The vegetable kebab was made from tasteless cheap red tomatoes, and the eggplant was again de mega salted. This is despite the fact that in winter everything was very tasty and decent. The waitress brought just green tea instead of tea with lemon and sugar. Apparently, this eatery is located in a very advantageous place, and now it does not care about the quality of the dishes served, like they will be eaten, but the flow of visitors is large. Disappointed

Great location, but terrible service. They wanted to sit at a vacant table on the terrace, but the waiter very rudely and irritably informed them about the lack of seats.
3 times the waiter took the order and returned with the answer that it was impossible to cook the ordered dishes because they had run out of food.
All 4 dishes that we managed to order turned out to be mega salty.
The view is also not appetizing (see photo)
