Definitely 5!!!! The restaurant is just a fairy tale, friendly waiters, good hearty and delicious dishes, at a reasonable price. In one of the restaurants (I don't remember in this one or not), paintings were hanging and being sold👏

A lovely restaurant with a very romantic setting. There is a separate hall (in a separate building) for celebrations.

Dadada, he was here. I drank dark Latvian beer and rested after the long-distance Minsk - Riga run. I liked everything. The waiters may not speak Russian at all, but they understand everything.
