This is not the migration service, this is the representative office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Armenia. They don't make any social cards here.

Dear Migration service, here is a Vapros! I live in the Yaroslavl region of Rybinsk. My son has not been a citizen of Armenia for a long time, but Rybinsk did the interrogation so that he would definitely find out whether he was a citizen or not, please quickly look at this case and respond quickly.
