I actually was expecting more since from the entrance they directed us to sit and wait, cuz the waiters are going to get the order. (I was not told that there is a 10 %service fee😭) Even though we came first, the waiters served the other customers, which I didn't really like, because usually cafes work with first come first go method. So we had to wait overall half an hour for them to take an order and the order be ready, which was only a lavash and cheeseburger. The waiter was so nervous, must be his first working day. We ordered a cup cola, but they said that they don't have any straws left, so we said that's fine. But then after 5 minutes he came back and said they only have bottle cola. So we had to drink it without ice🥲. After all things finished, I was shocked they also included a service fee, in fact I am really jit satisfied with their service. Please keep it ordinary like every other fast food cafe does. I guess queue is was better that what I have experienced. I hope that there won't be future misunderstandings.
