The quality of the shoes leaves much to be desired! Girls, please don't get fooled by the beautiful photos/videos on instagram! A picture is one thing, but reality is quite another. Winter boots bought at an exorbitant price in this store turned out to be my most terrible purchase: the boots do not warm (eurozima is such a thing, you see, that it requires heat here), the shoe is absolutely uncomfortable when walking, and most importantly - terrible accessories! I changed the lock on the shoes three times in 2 seasons (which is also not free, the cost of changing the lock in total almost reached the price of the shoes). Do not contact this store!!!

We went to the store at 20.35, started looking at shoes, after a whole day of searching it was the last hope. But the attitude we faced was just disgusting. After asking to show the model in a different size, we heard such sighs of discontent, the woman showed with her whole appearance that we were not welcome. Then she said at 45 minutes that we didn't even have 10 minutes to try it on, but only 8, just like that. Fortunately, one pair came up to my friend, but the sediment remained. If the store is open until 21.00, I don't see a problem in the fact that we arrived 25 minutes before closing. Moreover, we would never have stayed until 21.00.
