The Ferghana pilaf turned out to be simply magnificent! The rice is crumbly, the meat is soft and juicy, the carrots are sweet and fragrant. The spices are in moderation, the taste is balanced — exactly what you expect from a real Uzbek pilaf. The portion is generous, it looks appetizing and satisfying.
