Приезжал сегодня посмотреть автомобиль, попросил сотрудника открыть салон на что он мне ответил : "знаешь у меня покупателей по 80 человек в день ходит и что я каждому должен открывать? Если я каждому буду открывать автомобиль , то что тогда от него останется?!". И да, само обращение было ко мне именно на "Ты". Испортилось отношение к данной компании и полное не соответствие своей политики того, что каждый имеет право ознакомиться с ассортиментом в должном объеме...
