I bought a wrap dessert from Fethi Paşa Hamsiköy Ataköy Branch and noticed that the strawberry with the pastry cream in it was spoiled. The sour taste and pungent smell of the dessert made it clear that the product was not fresh. I bought 2 forks from the strawberry part, I checked to see if the strawberry was sour, but not the strawberry, the cream and cake were problematic. The dessert had hardened and was stale. Moreover, the lady who worked there chose the dessert directly with her hand and put it in the package. I had also bought another version of the same dessert; so they gave me the one that had been made before from what they had. They pretended not to understand this detail, but the condition of the product was obvious. 260 TL went to the trash. If I ate at the place, I'm not sure if they'd bring the same stale product. But as a result, it is unacceptable to sell a product that is degraded to the customer in this way. As you can clearly see in the image, the product structure is damaged, the cream is decomposed. This branch has serious deficiencies in hygiene and quality control. I do not recommend anyone who cares about their health to shop here.
