I don't like to slander - I think that everyone has the right to make a mistake, but a couple of days ago I came across an amazing symbiosis of amateurism and rudeness of a nail extension master (hereinafter - a woman, because I don't know her name and I can't call her a "master"). I was 10 minutes late. There was only one hairdresser in the hall who dyed someone's hair. We said hello, and I sat down to wait. After 5 minutes, the guy who met me at the entrance comes into the hall and says: This girl is on correction. It turns out that this woman was wearing make-up. At first, she said that she was waiting for me at 11:00 (I signed up for 11:30). I didn't believe it, I ran to check the record, I was convinced. But, with the words "You're too late anyway," she sat down to put on makeup. The situation was corrected by the hairdresser, who apologized and asked to wait a bit. And so this woman sits down at the manicure table, with paint on her head, and I find that she is absolutely unprepared for my arrival. I had all the materials with me, and she searched for half of them for a long time in her numerous box bags. Unsanitary conditions are visible to the naked eye, she reacted aggressively to my request to disinfect the instruments in front of me. I remembered about the lamp, and then about the palette, already in the process of correction, ran somewhere, brought it. In general, I served for 50 minutes, and this is the correction of 1 (!) nail! I doubt her even as a manicurist, because she could not make an identical nail shape even after my remark. She also refused to show on the palette what color would turn out (she was going to mix 2) with the words: "I will not spoil the palette." She refused even the same lovely hairdresser who came to the rescue, who offered her nail as a palette. And with all this, I did not hesitate to take 50 UAH for all this outrage. And she sent me away with my fingernail uncovered. For comparison, I am now looking for a new master of build-up, and in 3 weeks this is the 5th. So, there is something to compare it with - both in price and in service.
