Thanks to them, I had to buy a new phone. I dropped my iPhone 11, the window was broken, the Face ID was broken. For this reason, I went to Feza Teknik because I constantly saw their ads on the Internet. They made the glass, made the Face ID and changed the battery of the device. I specifically asked for a battery without warning, but they couldn't, they installed a battery with warning. Whatever happened to us already happened after those procedures. The device began to heat up absurdly, constantly gave a warming warning, the screen dims and turns on according to the head, excessive freezing problems have begun. Also, Face ID is broken again. We took it again, they changed the battery, made Face ID, but it's the same problem again. That's why we had to reset the phone every time. We were told ”it was done“, we waited a few days, they said ”it was solved", we got it... the result is the same again. We took it again, this time they said, “We will keep the device, we will try”. We said OK, they had the device for exactly 10 days. We got it again, and the result is the same again, it's cursed now. The Face ID is still broken. I got fed up and took the phone to Apple service. And this time, Apple didn't look at my device because they unwittingly ripped out the original charging socket on my device and installed a plug-in charging socket. In short, it's a complete disgrace. I went, got nervous and bought a new device. And I'll never walk by you again. I see all your ads, it's really a pity, it's a pity.
