It's not a big hotel, but it's a very cozy one. But thanks to this, the service is very good and attentive. Delicious breakfasts, clean rooms, they always offer free water, tea, and coffee throughout the day. The owner of the hotel is always ready to help with all the wishes and questions that arise when visiting a new city. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Of the advantages: - Location, 10-15 minutes to Istanbul Arbat - The dinners were hearty, but there was no variety Of the cons: - It was hot in the room (201 is closer to the highway), so much so that the pages of the passport were practically wet from the humidity... - It's noisy because of the highway - We were in two rooms and both were dirty - There was a fungus in the bathroom - The faucet in the shower was leaking and the sink was uncomfortable - In general, the room was dirty and uncomfortable because of this, and because of the thought that there might be bedbugs, I slept poorly and sometimes did not sleep at all - Picture in booking.com did not match reality, we are very disappointed

Of the whole trip, we liked the hotel the most. An authentic atmospheric old building with a beautiful spiral staircase. Polite, pleasant, responsive staff who solved all issues, there was no sense of deception, it was calm, good and comfortable. The room was on the top floor, the windows faced the courtyard, it was relatively quiet. The street itself is noisy, with activity and beeping all night, but we only heard the echoes. The water is hot and cold and the pressure in the shower is awesome! A lot of things didn't work out on our trip, it was an adventure, but the hotel is wonderful. And it is very conveniently located. The sights are close. You can go, you can go by public transport
