I just had to make the final choice. Svetlana gave me a detailed and understandable consultation on lenses and guided me which lenses would suit me best. When paying for the order, Svetlana recommended me a care product for glasses from fogging - a special napkin, which I am very happy about (the bespectacled people will understand me). It is clear that the person works with pleasure, is very friendly and an excellent professional! There were only pleasant emotions from visiting the optics. I bought 2 pairs of glasses from them. The second one broke down and I had to apply under warranty. The repairs were done, but the communication process was extremely unpleasant. In the sense that an unpleasant aftertaste remains :(That is, when you buy, you are happy. And when you ask a question about a case, they communicate politely, but - go politely, using three well-known letters. Never set foot on them again. I bought new glasses from another company and I don't know any problems :)
