On September 28, 23, I bought glasses worth 352 rubles. In September 2024, a mustache flew off my glasses when I was wearing them, I did not tear my glasses, I did not fall with them, I always took them off with both hands. It was possible to get to the optics only in January 2025 on January 30. When buying, the company talks right and left about its 3-year warranty, but when contacting me, they immediately began to tell me that it might not be a warranty case, they gave me a receipt and wait until February 14. It takes half a month to attach a mustache! I think, well, under warranty, well, I'll wait there, if the case is not guaranteed, then I'll take it to another optician where they will repair it faster, since I needed glasses urgently. The call comes from the company on February 13 that the glasses are ready, come pick them up and don't say anything more. On February 17, I send my husband to get glasses, on the spot he finds out that the repair is paid, when asked why they didn't warn him, they also accuse him that I have scratched glasses (which, by the way, was immediately agreed upon when handing over the glasses). Scratched glass has nothing to do with the mustache, first of all. Secondly, well, your company doesn't want to fulfill its warranty obligations, so treat your customers with respect. Why cheat and delay to the last that the repair was paid for? I had experience with many opticians halva, cinderella, and so on. This is the first time I've seen such a neglectful and incompetent attitude. I don't recommend anyone else to set foot on you anymore.
