Unfortunately, my experience of applying to this optics turned out to be not very pleasant. I can only say thank you to the optometrist: they checked their eyesight well and quickly, wrote out a prescription for glasses and the woman herself was very nice and friendly. The employee at the checkout began to behave unfriendly and irritable when she realized that I did not want to buy a frame, and I needed to replace the glasses in my glasses. But okay, I "turned a blind eye" to such behavior, you never know if a person had a bad day. A little later, I handed over my glasses and when I came to pick them up, I realized that the frame was not mine, the glasses looked like mine, but the color was not the same. I was promised to look into the situation and follow up.the day the head of this department called with the assurance that the frame is mine and that I come and take everything away, there are no mistakes and I'm talking nonsense here. Okay, I came, I took the frame away, and it was only at home that I realized what was wrong. Probably, during the lens replacement, the eyeglass arches were damaged and they were replaced. So my arms were brown in color, but they turned black with a metal insert. And there is no problem, in fact, if I had just been warned upon receipt that there was a replacement of parts, especially since I signed the document that such a thing could happen. And it's logical that I didn't recognize my glasses. But this whole situation turned out to be not very pleasant because of the banal disrespectful attitude towards the client. After all, you could just talk about the problem, and not claim that I'm a fool.

Замечательная оптика. Выбор оправ большой для женщин, мужчин и детей. По ценам довольно адекватно плюс дисконтная программа. Заказывала очки себе и дочке. Очень порадовало то, что есть доктор, который очень скурпулёзно проверяет зрение перед заказом. Уделяет этому много внимания и времени, чтобы правильно всё подобрать.

Очень хорошее обслуживание и приятные консультанты. Засомневалась в уровне защиты от UV в очках - предложили проверить на специальном приборе в кабинете врача. Ассортимент хороший и цены приятные. Рекомендую!
