We picked up glasses for the child for the first time in his life. The consultant is practically not interested in helping. In the recipe "for the distance", she suggested "to work at the computer." Not a word about the discount card, discounts, etc., not a word about the fact that there are free frames and how they look (as I understand it, the free ones are marked with a sticker). There were no questions about the production time and quality, everything was fine here. They came to pick it up. I didn't have time to buy a case, so I decided to buy some inexpensive one right there for the first time. It was only after we chose a case together with the seller and came to the checkout to pay, the consultant suddenly decided to tell us that we have a case complete with new glasses. Why not say it right away? Why not immediately say that there is a case and a napkin, you need to buy, say, a liquid, and not sniff the second case? We came home and found another lens in the bag. What is it and for what? Spare parts? For eyesight or just glass? What should we do with them? In short, the glasses were made normal, but the level of service leaves much to be desired, maybe we got such a person (((

There were two attempts to order glasses for a child, but it didn't work out, maybe I'm so unlucky for the service in this optics. When choosing the frames, the staff members pointedly did not pay attention to us for the first time, the child and I stomped around the stands for about 10 minutes, and no one waited for a consultation or even a glance in our direction, the ladies were actively discussing something, they were not up to us. The second time, however, a consultant came up to us about 15 minutes later, but the dialogue took place in the trash, there is nothing, I don't know when it will be, etc. It's strange to be honest.

I liked everything except the ophthalmologist. A kind of powerful, unsociable, and generally unfriendly woman of 60+. The word "humor" is knowledgeable, perhaps only from a magazine. But there's trouble with doctors, apparently, that's why he's sitting there, guessing crosswords....But the female consultant who helped us with the choice, she liked it. A man is in his place.
