A good store and staff, the choice of frames and lenses is limited by availability. In terms of quality, as always, on top! It is located on the 4th floor in the polyclinic building. I'm shooting one star that they don't work on Sunday. When you are not from Minsk and come on your day off to pick up points, but in the end you need to choose the time as you can pick them up. I understand that they are in the building of the polyclinic and therefore this situation. There is a small parking lot with charging for electric vehicles. As it is, I recommend it.

A thick glass was inserted into the expensive branded frame, which sticks out beyond the frame... They asked, "What kind of glass should I put? Is it super thin or ordinary?". I asked what the difference was between them - they told me that the usual is heavier. Heavier, Carl, not 4 times thicker! Then, of course, I said that put the usual, it makes sense to overpay for the weight of the glass... How was I supposed to know that my wide frame wouldn't be enough for such a wide glass? And how do I know that such a wide glass can be used for low myopia? I thought such thick glasses go to minus 8 or minus 6 at least. In general, I regard such actions as deliberate vandalism, well, how can an expensive branded frame do this, knowing what the result will be?... Also, comments about the fact that they have an ophthalmologist on site and this is their advantage - lies, the doctor is there until 17 o'clock and does not work at all on weekends, for example, I never got to the doctor. The Filman has deteriorated, there used to be a very good network, but now they will make a turd and say "they asked for it themselves." Therefore, before putting glasses in glasses, read and study the question, otherwise there is no consultation... I put 3 only for the fact that the frame was not broken. I will add a review: when wearing this glass, it turned out to be extremely uncomfortable, and all because of the lack of a normal consultation, because apparently it was necessary to put another one. What was I supposed to know if I didn't understand it? And the consultant, he's a consultant for that, but apparently not with them. It's a pity for the money thrown away, because you will have to change the glass....

I have been using Fielmann glasses for more than 20 years. But after contacting this branch, I was disappointed. The frame was twisted during fitting and cannot be fixed in any way. One shackle is fine, but the second one can't be made exactly like this or they don't want to. The room is located in a polyclinic on the 4th floor and it is inconvenient, an unnecessary visit to the place of accumulation of viruses. It's also stuffy in winter. Plus - a spacious doctor's office, his constant presence. The feedback about the doctor is positive.
