I bought glasses for the first time, turned to this optics. I was greeted kindly by a consultant (unfortunately I don't remember my name)to begin with, she sent me to the doctor, a kind woman looked at me, gave me a prescription and again we continued to communicate with the consultant. We picked up a frame for me, I made an order. I received the order quickly, for tomorrow. I was very pleased with the communication with the consultant and the doctor and the purchase. Rudeness, audacity and impudence. I just came out with unpleasant feelings. The consultant talked to me as if I couldn't afford even the cheapest frame. I asked in a friendly way, since I have never worn glasses and lenses, and she gave me prices right away, nothing is clear, the doctor does not consult on this situation in my case, she did not even help to tell me where to consult. The experience is just terrible
