Despite the fact that I arrived late at night, already at closing time, I was shown all the frame models that interested me at least a little. There are luxury brands of frames, as well as cheaper ones, but the quality is good for everyone! The next day I arrived, checked my eyesight with a device, took all eye measurements, prescribed perfect lenses for diopters. I am completely satisfied with the service, a wonderful store with perfect service and atmosphere, and a 3-year warranty is also good!

I was even thrilled. 08/23/25 they came for glasses, and they took out glasses in a beautiful black case with a napkin from the package. In front of us, people were also taking away glasses, they were told that the case was coming as a gift. After we tried on the glasses and signed the documents, the consultants scattered around the room and there were only documents in a bag without a cover on the table. We didn't even know who to ask if we could leave already. When the consultants came up and we asked about the case, they said they didn't have a black case and gave us the cheapest one, even with a price tag of 3 rubles. Thanks for the spoiled mood.
