Many thanks for the patience of the specialist who helped with the selection of the frame, because when choosing it, I think I tried on all possible options in this store. Veronika Antonovna told me everything and showed me. She advised me what is better to choose for my recipe. As a result, despite the rather thick lenses, the glasses look very cool! And the price is nice.

When selecting contact lenses, they did not check according to the classical table, just according to the device and the text on a red and green background. They did not give a text to check the visibility up close. As a result, the lenses were picked up in the vicinity, everything is cloudy and floating. Money is wasted. I turned to an ophthalmologist at the state polyclinic, showed that they had picked it up, it turned out that the correction for one eye was chosen incorrectly and the curvature was wrong. I do not recommend it

The rudeness, arrogance and lack of professionalism of the seller kills the desire to come here. We are long-time and regular customers of Filmann/Filin optics, a family of bespectacled people, all have Filmann glasses. We don't live in Minsk, but when visiting the capital, we almost always found time to go to our favorite optician, 1 Gikalo Street. Everything is always perfect there - polite sales consultants, timely order fulfillment, glasses that have been worn with pleasure for years. Last year, when buying the next pair of glasses at 1 Gikalo, I couldn't find the right frame, so I decided to go to the nearest Fillmann at 58a Independence Street. We were there for the first time. It seems that the salon is more spacious, and the place is more passable. But even then, an extremely unpleasant impression remained after the service. The female consultant was very arrogant, talked down, which is nonsense for Filmann, given their corporate policy. I picked out the glasses there and ordered them. But for ourselves, we decided not to go there anymore, but to visit Gikalo, 1, as before. On August 14, I arrived in Minsk for my annual doctor's consultation, which is always a lot of nerves and worries. I decided to combine the useful with the pleasant and stop by Filmann, order new glasses in branded frames. I'm already a pensioner, and it's possible for me to buy such a frame for the full price, but it's a bit stressful. Thank you for the promotion in the Fillmann Year of the Brand, which made this possible - a branded frame for 119 rubles. I tried on the frames at 1 Gikalo, but I couldn't find a suitable one for myself. A nice consultant girl advised me to contact other Filmann salons. I decided to check my eyesight before ordering, as my vision was getting worse. On Gikalo, 1, the doctor was on vacation, so on the advice of the seller, I went again to Independence,58a, there was a doctor there, and the opportunity to look at and choose other frames. I tried on the frames, decided for myself that if I didn't choose from the branded ones, then I would order another frame that I liked. The seller was busy with another customer. Since I had limited time, I decided to check my eyesight for now and get a new prescription. During the check, it was confirmed that the eyesight had dropped, and the doctor prescribed a prescription for stronger diopters. I went into the hall with the prescription and asked the seller to show me three more frames from the showcase, which was closed. I liked one of the frames, but the cost of the glasses that the seller announced was twice as much as it was announced on Gikalo, and I decided to just thank and leave. Then the seller snatched the recipe out of my hands and said that since I didn't order anything, she wouldn't give me the recipe either. And anyway, I broke in without a doctor's permission. All this was said in an extremely arrogant and irritated tone, frankly boorish. I was confused, I tried to explain the situation, that there was no doctor on Gikalo, that I was sent to you, that I needed glasses. And that I'm going to Gikalo now, I'll order glasses there. The seller replied that if I ordered glasses, she would send them the recipe. I left. Such rudeness, mixed up with incomprehensible arrogance, is unacceptable. And what about the Filmann principle: "each client is given special attention, his wishes are appreciated. Our experts know: does the buyer need to be helped the way you would like to be helped?.. I sincerely wish this short-seller that she be helped in life the same way she "helped" me, and treated the same way she treats others. Sometimes life will fix an imaginary crown on your head. I came to Gikalo 1, but I was very upset after the incident and burst into tears. That day, I already had serious reasons to be nervous and worried before seeing a doctor, and then there was this... I didn't order anything, I was no longer able to. There was a desire to leave as soon as possible and never apply again. Although I repeat, this has nothing to do with Gikalo,1. That's where professionals and just helpful people work. PS: Before writing, I read other reviews on this optics. An aggressive salesperson, it turns out, is always like that. Please pay attention to the management of the company! The incident with me happened on August 14th around 11. P.P.S.: I'm writing after the organization's response.: Dear Optics Management! I understand that I want to believe my employee, because she is so white and fluffy, and inadequate clients all lie, of course. Unfortunately, I wrote everything the way it really was. I think it's very easy to check it using the cameras in the cabin. Don't be lazy, take a look! Sometimes it's useful to admit your mistakes. I'll repeat it again: There was no one else in the doctor's office except the two of us (the doctor and me). The doctor gave me a prescription in my hand, of course. The doctor did not go to the salon, because people immediately followed me into the office to check my eyesight. When I went to the salon, the seller was already free. I asked to see 3 more frames from a closed showcase. The seller opened the window and showed me all three frames one by one, and I tried on each of them. I liked one frame, I asked which glasses would fit into it and how much it would cost. When the seller announced the amount for the glasses at more than 200 rubles per glass, I decided that it was too expensive for me, thanked him and decided to leave. During our communication (which allegedly did not take place), the seller asked for my recipe, and I handed it to her. When I decided to leave, a circus with horses began, that they would not give me the prescription, that I almost tricked the doctor, etc. - I described all this in the first review. It really turned out to be a big one, because I didn't want to leave such an incident just like that. I sincerely believe that rudeness is unacceptable and must be punished. As a regular customer and customer, I don't ask for much, you don't have to kiss me when you meet me. It's enough to be polite and do your job well. And you have a lot of such professionals, for which I thank them very much. If, as a management, you are satisfied with such sellers, who have repeatedly received complaints for their rudeness and aggression, it is your right. Your business, your problems. In this case, I see no point in continuing further communication. All the best!
