My sister and I visited an optics store at 4 Tank Street. Pleasant, bright interior, comfortable environment. A very polite, attentive consultant girl with beautiful glasses spent a lot of time on us😊The doctor's consultation made the best impression. The office is equipped with modern equipment. Dr. Fischer-Schell I. is a very attentive, highly professional specialist, quickly and efficiently consulted, answered all questions! I am glad that we have such an opportunity, thank you!

I went to the optician yesterday on the recommendation of a friend. The polite and attentive staff greets you. It makes me very happy when everyone does what they love. Even from the call, it was very pleasant how the manager communicates: remembers the person, what they talked about, and so on … Fischer-Schell's doctor inspires confidence. Yesterday I visited the salon in order to select contact lenses. The male doctor was simply stunned by his brusqueness and rudeness. She left him dumbfounded and without a prescription. I didn't even ask the name of such a "wonderful specialist" for a review. Although the salon itself is good and the consultants are friendly. It seemed that the sales consultant herself came to the doctor with caution and ingratiatingly asked if he would look at the patient.

Everything would be fine if it weren't for the sales consultant, today I was convinced of this for the second time. I thought maybe the first time a person was in a bad mood was when I experienced such a boorish, repulsive attitude and behavior, but today was the second time there and the manner of communication is still the same. An unpleasant woman, blonde, unfortunately I do not know the name. I didn 't even want to turn to her and ask her anything. I'm unlikely to go there next time, although it's close to home.

I bought contact lenses at your store on Maxim Tank, 4. While my daughter and I were standing in line to see the doctor, I was kindly offered a cup of coffee. I was pleasantly surprised, the service is at the highest level. I am very grateful to the woman with the ponytail, unfortunately I did not remember her last name. I wish there were more such courteous employees.

A good store. It is in this store that they can check their eyesight before assigning glasses or lenses, since an office is equipped here (I was checked for 10BYN in 2020). The store is spacious and clean, the sellers are polite and pleasant. I took off the star for the fact that there are never any discounts on lenses and liquid for them in the Movie, and I only take these goods from them. I know it's not profitable for them, but damn! Unpleasant.

I join all the negative reviews.I ordered glasses 05.03.22 on the street.Maxim of the Tank 4. For all the time I find.In the hall, none of the consultants came up.One did not leave the table, the other strolled around the hall.The doctor's appointment was at 17:00, there were 3 people ahead, I had to wait 2 hours.After passing the doctor, I went with the frame to the consultant ROGOZHKINA N.Y., she took my frame, the prescription, entered it into the form and that was it. Fielmann's question: 1. Why didn't the consultant bother to ask the buyer to try on the glasses? 2. Why is lens centering not performed (optometric adjustment of glasses)? 3. Who will be responsible for the quality of vision, heads.pain, eye fatigue? 4. Why,"consultants" do not advise buyers? 5. Why is there such a disregard for people? A complete mess is going on with you.After such a service, there were a lot of questions.I do not recommend this optics, it is better to pass it by.

We were in this salon today. They asked the only employee if an ophthalmologist was working today, the employee said that the ophthalmologist was working for Independence and for Zhilunovich today. We spent time and money, on our only day off, to go to Zhilunovich, as a result, the doctor for Zhilunovich was not in the optics, and the staff of this optics reported that yesterday they called from the optics at M.Tank and said that the doctor would not work. Neither the optician's employee nor we could get through to the optician at Independence. As a result, the choice was made in favor of the Cinderella option, because both the doctor works and the calls are answered. It's a pity, because your network's services have been used for 7 years.

I was there for the first time: I urgently needed lenses at the end of the working day, a taxi is waiting outside, I'm in a hurry. I flew into the building, the girl at the checkout quickly calculated me without question and realized with a half-word that I would like to use their bathroom to put on lenses right on the spot. The price of my company's one-day lenses turned out to be significantly (!) lower than the price at which I usually buy them at a local optician. There are only good impressions from the store :)
