I came and ordered optics in a frame (Armani original) thin, on the day when I called them to pick them up, they said that there were no thin thick ones. They persuaded me, said they would do it well, and agreed it would be ready in two days. I call on the day I pick them up, they tell me that they broke my frame, mind you, they didn't tell me. They offered another frame from the same Armani company, at their expense. What is the outcome? The frame that I had made is a cheap copy, they say to all my requests that we have passed everything on to the management, they will contact. It's been 10 days and no one has contacted us. They don't give you a document that they broke and made a replacement. Make your own conclusion... the photo below shows how the letters have already been erased in the new frame.

During work, the decorative element of the frame of my glasses was broken (it is located on the shackle and does not adhere to the glasses in any way). When issuing it, I saw it and wrote about it on the receipt. At first, the seller blamed me - you brought them. But before she took the glasses from me, the seller examined them. Then they promised to call, but they didn't call themselves. For three months, my calls have been answered only with excuses: "the master is ill," "we are looking for him," "or maybe you broke it yourself." No one took responsibility for the damage to the expensive glasses.The reaction is exactly the same as in the review below about Armani glasses. In general, if you encounter poor-quality work on the part of the store, then be prepared that all responsibility for the consequences will be on you.

I bought lenses with anti-scratch protection :) The best that were only 300p per lens, after a week I notice scratches to cover (not lenses, not deep) but interfere with use .... The previous glasses for 300 rubles are still alive and without scratches The points for the mower are all scratched in a month.... And there's nothing you can do about it. They used to wear lenses and worse and nothing happened, they didn't go blind!" And one more disgusting nuance - all visitors are unpleasantly discussed after leaving, the ophthalmologist is outraged that she is being asked questions, and the cashiers in response are unhappy that a person cannot make a choice for a long time. In case of dissatisfaction with the quality of the product, they try to convince you that it all seems to you and in general the problem is with you.
