We were with my family in August. The room is large, with all the amenities: such as a bathtub, air conditioning, balcony, etc., etc. Breakfast was included - again, no complaints (especially fruits, well, just fill up). The pools may not be perfect, but they are so beautifully surrounded by magnolias that you can't help but forgive them for their imperfections, and there is also a children's corner (which is an undoubted plus). I took off one star only for Pattaya itself))) because I was expecting something more civilized, and this (if you turn off all the exotics and sex services)) It is still a fishing village, where super hotels are adjacent to huts made of guano and sticks... We were very satisfied with the hotel. Excellent location, friendly staff. The breakfasts, although not very varied, were delicious, and there was always something to find for yourself. The pools are small, but there has never been a crush there. A few minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are clean, new, spacious, and there is a balcony with a clothes dryer.

The hotel is 5 minutes from Pattaya beach, there are a lot of cafes and massage parlors by, they took breakfast, you can choose quite tasty, but it's the same every day. Fruits, vegetables, drinks, everything is there. The rooms are cleaned every day, all towels and bathrobes are changed. There are also flip-flops and an umbrella in the room. Nearby, a 5-minute walk up from the sea, there is a night market, inexpensive, like the Russian market, and everything is more expensive at the mill.

Jomtien - there are many Russian speakers, it stands in a quiet place, but also not on the outskirts. He lived in a new building. Great rooms, great staff, clean. Definitely 5 stars!!!maybe a lot, but I'll be honest, it's the best 4-star hotel I've ever seen. Nearby there is a night market within walking distance, a bunch of 7/12, pharmacies and exchangers at hand.

We really liked the hotel.We were accommodated in a new building in a Superior Room with a huge, very comfortable, probably triple bed))) The room is small, but clean and comfortable. The plumbing is new and serviceable. Unfortunately, the view from the room was on the wall and windows of the neighboring hotel, we wanted to change it, they did not refuse us at the reception, they set the nearest date when another room would be available, but that day we left for an excursion and did not change it. After all, we didn't spend most of our time in the room))) The hotel's restaurant is located in the same new building with delicious food for every taste, and a new dish was added every day.👍🤤The hotel is quiet and peaceful, although the audibility from behind the doors is decent. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many shops, pharmacies and cafes nearby. The sea is really a 3-minute walk away.The reception staff doesn't understand Russian, but they try very hard to understand and please you))) The hotel is definitely above the stated 3 stars, I highly recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel for the first time from 25 01. to7 02 2025. We were very satisfied. We lived in an old building, the room is large with two beds and a kitchenette (microwave, kettle, refrigerator, sink, plates, forks, spoons) minus there is no knife. The room has snow-white linen and towels. The balcony is very large. The supply of water and tea and coffee was replenished daily, as well as a change of towels. The breakfasts are very good, lots of everything, everything is delicious and fresh The staff is very polite, the microwave stopped heating in the room, so after contacting the reception, they were replaced with a brand new one from the packaging in five minutes. I recommend this hotel, The only negative is that there has been no wet cleaning in two weeks, and the girl in the restaurant cooking omelets for breakfast looks angry and unhappy, although this is the land of smiles))

We had a rest from April 15 to April 26, 2025. I really liked the hotel. Convenient location, 10-15 minutes by taxi to the center (without traffic jams). Nearby there are markets, shops, currency exchanges, the embankment, massage parlors, etc. Good breakfasts, high-quality room cleaning, quiet at night. The rooms are stylish, but somehow everything is worn in the old building. The towels are holey or darned. The safe is not working. According to the application, no one came to fix it. The Wi-Fi is intermittent. The maid may not change all the towels, or bring toilet paper. The reception made a mistake with the number of breakfast coupons. However, the staff is polite and most of the mistakes are corrected.

We lived in November , in a room on the 4th floor .The room constantly smelled of dampness, mold , ozone treatment did not help .Thanks to the hotel staff, any issue was resolved immediately.I haven 't seen wet cleaning in 14 days , I think they just swept it .Room cleaning for 3 .I wiped the furniture myself with a wet napkin, the napkin is black. Towels were changed every day , garbage was cleaned , and the bed was made .The balcony overlooked the courtyard .The balcony is not cleaned , the sand is underfoot . There are friendly staff at the reception. Not bad breakfasts , but monotonous .

Who is used to Jomtien very well! It depends on the location, of course, of the room itself, it's still very quiet. A standard room and a bathroom for a solid four (I'm not talking about the hotel class)). On the downside, there was no table in the room at all. There was a small table on the balcony, though. Lots of places to eat. Tuki is within walking distance. I recommend it for a stay!!!)

We rested with a friend April/May 2024 for ten days. A super hotel striving to become a real 4*. The room has a microwave, a kitchen sink, kitchen utensils (cups, spoons, forks, plates), a refrigerator, bathrobes for the pool, slippers, a 50-inch LCD TV with Internet access, a large balcony. Breakfasts are plentiful, varied, lunches and dinners in another building, prices for similar dishes are cheaper than street ones. The staff is well-trained, in uniform, smiling and trying to please. And sincerely. The Internet speed is not fast enough, sometimes it freezes for a long time, we did not have an Internet connection for a day. If you don't pay attention to it, then this is the hotel for you. I want to come back here again...

Bottom line: we and our friends leave the rooms at 6 a.m. We didn't go to take their room. They naturally rushed to us. They wanted to dilute it to pay for a bathrobe. The room card was blocked at 11:00, although check-out is at 12:00. I am currently vacationing at this hotel. Check-in 12.03.2023. They settled in quickly. Deluxe studio 605. The number is in the old knowledge. Apparently, no one checks the preparation of the room for check-in. There are no disposable slippers, the slippers offer reusable use, in our case they are also dirty. They were immediately given to the maid, changed to visually clean, but not new. They tried to turn on the TV, the batteries in the remote were dead, they turned to the maid again, replaced the batteries in the remote. The sheet on the bed was darned.... Today we returned to the room after cleaning it, I noticed that there was no darning, I was right at the headboard, in a prominent place, I thought that the sheets had been changed, but no, they just turned the darning over to my feet. The beach towels are all stained and with holes. I don't know which 4 stars you can talk about.... Only breakfasts are served.

They initially settle in the old building - it is all shabby . I'm attaching a photo. The attitude in the hotel towards people is disgusting, either only to Russians, or to everyone. We arrived a husband and wife and a son of 12 years old, when booking we indicated 2 twin size beds. We were given a room in an old building with one bed for all three of us. I pointed out to them that they had booked with two, to which they spread their hands. I asked if it was possible to move to a new building for an additional fee - 600 baht for every day (the price is the same on the website). We decided that it was not worth paying too much, I asked for bed linen and a towel for the child to make up a small couch for him (it is in the room). They asked for 300 baht , I also clarified for all the days. Next, they prepared the change for me, they took a long time to make out, and in the end they said that 300 baht was only for one day. It turns out that for 12 nights at the hotel we have to pay 3,600 baht for bed linen (this is not for an extra bed, but only for linen). It's easier to buy a set of underwear. In general, this attitude immediately overshadowed the rest. The location is close to the beach and the market.

We were overlooking migration. In silence. Service: yes, as usual in Thailand- at the height. The cleaning is of high quality, at 10 (I left 20 baht), everyone is smiling, always ready to help. Restaurant: large enough, on the ground floor with a terrace. The choice of dishes for breakfast (buffet) suited me: 6 hot dishes, salads, fruits, pancakes, tea, coffee, juices, etc. The pool is very small, right next to the restaurant. Right by the rumbling construction site. Because of her, you can't relax by the pool. There is a fitness room, but the equipment is dilapidated. WiFi is fast enough, it works steadily. We were greeted very cordially, offering cold drinks from the road. Things were brought to the room. We took 2000 baht as a deposit upon check-in (we had to run to the exchanger on purpose). Returned at check-out without any problems. We really liked the location: 200 meters from the sea. The fruit market (in the opposite direction) is 250 meters away. Jomtien Night Market is 15 minutes away. To Walikng street, by tuk-tuk - 15 minutes for 10 baht. There are many restaurants nearby. And in the hotel itself, and along the street, and along the sea. But I recommend the Thai Aroi Dee located very close by, on the same street. The kitchen is excellent, the prices are low. Grocery stores ("7/11") at both ends of the street, i.e. 200 m away. The beach is clean (we went to the paid part). The sea here is cleaner than in central Pattaya, but dirtier than on the islands. Before that, we went to the pretentious Amari Ocean 5*. So, in terms of price/quality ratio, we liked it more here.
