My review of this martial arts gym is full of positive emotions! Last year, I took my 7-year-old son to the Vovinam Vietnamese martial arts section. It's a new name for me, but the set was open and I decided to take a chance, which I don't regret a thousand times. The child became disciplined, physically stronger, learned to push-ups, somersaults and learned several techniques. Classes in the section had a positive effect on schoolwork. The holidays are coming to an end and I'm looking forward to the start of training. The gym is well equipped, good coaches and administrators. Respect to you!

Excellent coaching staff with extensive experience. A clean room, there is a wrestling area. A large ring and a power zone where, after training, you can work with iron. There is a shower, and there are plenty of lockers for things. According to the 10/10 atmosphere, when heavy music is played, it's a pleasure to train. He made many acquaintances and friends. The coaches are sincere and comfortable. I recommend this gym to everyone, I've been practicing for 1 year and I enjoy every workout!

About the calmness inside. That you know how to protect yourself if something goes wrong. It is very important to understand that everything we are taught can be applied in real life. It shows HOW TO REALLY BREAK FREE IF YOU ARE CAPTURED, WHAT TO DO IF SOMEONE IS ATTACKED, even if he has a knife. Or if they try to snatch the bag. And you're panicking, but you know HOW TO REACT. It's worth a lot! Pleasant bonuses make you more collected and confident, because you know how to stand up for yourself.
