On November 14, 2025, I applied to this clinic. The woman at the reception offered to go into the office. There, the doctor stood in the doorway and told me to open my mouth. When she saw my cracked tooth, she replied that they would not be able to help me here. I thanked him and left. The woman at the reception said that I owe 21 rubles. When I asked her why, she replied "for the consultation." I said that there was no consultation and my dialogue with the doctor took 10-15 seconds and ended with a refusal. To which she replied, "Well, then 12 rubles." Conclusion: the qualifications are not enough, but the greed for money is off the charts.

Since childhood, going to the dentist for myana was the most terrible punishment. As a student, too, going to the doctor was already in impossible pain. I recently decided to take care of myself at last - and my choice fell on the Fit-dent clinic. As usual, in private clinics, you are greeted by a nice receptionist who asks what exactly interests you and advises a doctor. The smile and friendliness of the staff set up a positive mood, but the most important thing remained - to survive the procedure. My choice fell on an excellent doctor, Galina Mikhailovna Novikova. This wonderful doctor slowly helped me overcome my fear. This is a doctor who will tell you about each tooth, about the method of treatment. In the process, she comments on each of her actions, tells you why you need to do it this way. Galina Mikhailovna always listens to the patient's feelings. Many thanks to this wonderful doctor for finally being able to admire my beautiful healthy teeth! I am very glad that I chose this particular clinic.
