Отлична фирма! Сегодня приносила картридж для заправки. Сказали, что после этой процедуры принтер все равно не будет печатать (т.к. картридж стартовый), но заправить его взялись, до этого никто не хотел его брать. Девушка сказала, что нужно просто сбросить счетчик тонера, и все заработает. Пришла домой, сделала все по инструкции из интернета и принтер снова в работе. Печатает без полос и пятен. Очень приятный персонал и хорошие цены.
