Отличное обслуживание, очень вкусно, спокойный и неброский интерьер, но стильно. Мне очень понравилась посуда, она с разными птицами и животными, прям сидела бы и залипала бы в пустые тарелки 😁

The best restaurant among those that I managed to get to during my trip to Minsk for Christmas.

Лучший ресторан Минска! 6 из 5. Расположен в центре, красивый вид из окна, приятный интерьер, сервис - как-будто не сервис, а зашел к старым друзьям, при чем были несколько раз и все команды "не натянуто" френдли. Ну и конечно же кухня, все очень вкусно, закуски, основные блюда, но гороховый суп....съел его на аперитив и затем на дижестив. Удивить гороховым супом, это надо постараться)) Такого попадания во все пункты даже в Москве не встретишь. Если вы были в Минске и не были в Фиори, вы не были в Минске))

Salad with crab and avocado does not match the photo in your Instagram, where at least instead of lettuce leaves, as stated, there was a salad consisting of spinach.
The cheese head pasta with truffle tastes mediocre, but it's more like an amateur. Well, the portions are very small for their cost)
It was also not very pleasant that after the remark that the cocktail was not liked and the waitress thought that there would be no tip, only limoncella was offered as a treat, without sorbet) despite the fact that the next table was offered both)
And it's also sooo stuffy in the room, it seems that there are air conditioners, but there is no air ventilation, I want to get out into the air as soon as possible.

Напишу отзыв для туристов, если вы из Москвы и ищите что то аля патриков , то это заведение очень даже попадает . Еду не ела, так как до этого наелись национальной еды в ратуши , здесь именно атмосфера, саксофон в живую, интерьер посуда сервировка все как принято все как мы любим 😁 коктейли зачет

Ожидала от кухни большего и в плане выбора, и в плану вкуса. В частности томатный суп с крабом сильно отдавал томатной пастой. Выбор в баре отличный. Интерьер, обслуживание меня полностью удовлетворили.

За обслуживание и интерьер ставлю 5 звёзд!
А вот от выбора и вкуса блюд ожидала большего. Ризотто пересолили, тарт на десерт, на мой вкус, был слишком сладким.
Ещё не поняла прикола с красивой посудой с птицами/животными. Изначально она стоит на столах, но блюда подают в другой посуде (белой без рисунков).

Upd, it got even worse. The quality of the food has not improved, but an intrusive and tactless service has been added. It's a pity, there was a good restaurant when they opened.

Пошли ради красивой посуды. Бронировали стол заранее, но по приходу, слегка расстроились. Так как мы не знали, что два зала, и в одном из двух столы деревянные без скатерти, как было у нас. И наш стол без сервировки красивой посуды. Очень хорошее обслуживание. Потрясающий десерт тирамису на красивой тарелке, тост с авакадо обычный (тост, сыр творожный, авакадо, помидоры). У подруги сырники вкусные. Но потом конечно соседние столы потом сервировали, смогли сбоку посмотреть на посуду. Обязательно ещё вернусь, с уточнением, в соседний зал.

We were here for breakfast. The breakfast menu is not bad. The service also did not cause complaints. For some reason, they cooked for a long time, with minimal loading. Messed up with pancakes, but promptly apologized with a compliment. I liked the approach to cocktails (you make it up yourself from a simple plate), I took lemon on gin with champagne - magical.
