I arrived on the tour on 09.09.2025. My Greek summer. The vacation is ruined! The numbers completely do not match the photos from the website! There's mold all around, old furniture! .This is a room with an additional payment of 350 euros to the basic payment. The view from the window is amazing! At the moment, we are waiting for you to take all necessary measures to fulfill your obligations to tourists who have fulfilled their obligations in full and on time. Right now, we just don't know how to qualify your actions. This is unprofessionalism or an attempt to enrich oneself unreasonably at the expense of citizens. Our further actions will depend on this. And unfortunately, the structures that deal with these issues are not limited to Fiorino alone. And, perhaps, your colleagues will not be happy with the attention to the tourism business that you have provoked. We hope for understanding and a speedy solution to all the issues that have arisen. We are sitting under the hotel and waiting for a decision!
