The hotel is within walking distance from the main attractions of Dushanbe. There are cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast is very decent. The view from the 20th floor to the mountains is awesome. Sometimes fog or haze gets in the way.

Pros: almost the center of the city, a new hotel, panoramic view from the window of our room, friendly staff.
Cons: monotonous breakfast, minor breakdowns in the bathroom, room cleaning not every day, but only when the button has already been pressed.
And finally, a little sediment: when paying for accommodation, we do not accept old-style dollars, we have an order from the management, so go to the bank and change it. Although there were no warnings anywhere when booking.

Good impressions! The service , cleanliness , and cuisine deserve praise . The staff is very helpful, the location is convenient, everything is functioning in the rooms and most importantly, peace and order.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. Very polite staff, customer-oriented. When asked to replace the room, we kindly provided the apartment without any additional payment.
Very nice and cozy rooms, I liked absolutely everything.
I recommend.

Excellent hotel, close to the city center. Delicious breakfast (buffet), Clean rooms. There is a gym. The only thing you can dig into is the laminate flooring in the room is roughly laid.

Nice hotel, very clean and quiet. The air conditioner works great, it's never hot. A comfortable desk for work.
There are good cafes and bars nearby
Breakfasts could be more varied 🙂

A double opinion. It must have been good a long time ago . 1. Breakfast is meager. I would say weak. Ooo is very weak. 2 . TV, not TV. Only in the , you tube,,. 3 mode. The bed is good. But pillows spoil everything. Not comfortable. Everything seems to be fine. But I didn't sleep that night.

It's not even a bad hotel. There are three hotels in one building. Nice rooms. If you stay at the Baland hotel, you will have breakfast on the 13th floor. The room has been converted into a dining room. Sanitation there is a C grade. Women put pancakes with their hands, and coffee "three in one". But the other two hotels have breakfast on the 21st floor. And it's clean, there's a coffee machine, and a better breakfast.
