"Disgusting service, I don't recommend it"

Unfortunately, my experience with the Firkan store was extremely disappointing. I expected high-quality service, but I was faced with the exact opposite.
1. The unfriendly staff of the salads and hot food department — the employee did not show the slightest interest in my questions. I was waiting for my turn, but when it came up, she muttered something indistinctly to me with obvious displeasure and began to leave. I told her why you didn't tell people not to wait earlier, to which I received an indistinct answer.
2. Long wait — despite the fact that there was one person ahead of me, I waited in line for a very long time. Such an attitude towards clients is absolutely unacceptable.
It is a pity that a department store like yours provides such a low level of service. I'm not going to contact this store anymore, and unfortunately, I can't recommend this store to others.
