We were absolutely delighted with our vacation. We had a rest with a group of friends from 14.09-21.09 The service here is at the highest level. We arrived late at night, we were immediately checked in, without unnecessary questions and delays, helped to carry the luggage to the room. A pleasant surprise was that, without requiring any additional payment, we were provided with a room with stunning views of the sea and mountains at once! The room itself is clean and cozy. The level of care for the guests was confirmed when we needed extra towels and mugs in the dead of night — the staff provided everything without any problems. Nutrition deserves special admiration. The food here is just great! It was available around the clock, including a very pleasant night soup. Every meal started with a sincere smile from the staff. Drinks at the 10000/100 bar!!! Everything was very tasty and original. The cleanest pools, excellent water slides and private access to the sea. Leisure time was organized perfectly: discos, entertainment programs for adults and special parties for children, including cartoon viewing days, were held. We will definitely come back! I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a perfect, carefree and welcoming vacation.

We rested for 10 days in early August, and were generally satisfied. The room was comfortable, everything was fine with us — clean, towels were changed every day, with the necessary amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to help, which was a pleasure. The food at the hotel is also normal, although I got a little tired in 10 days. There was a lot of activity, both in the afternoon and in the evening, the staff is trying)) The fire show is a special like for Misha))) The sea was clear, and there were large rocks in the water, but it was comfortable in the aquashoos. It was a little stormy, we spent time by the pool, it was noisy on Saturday, but it was generally fine, I'm working on the slides, the lifeguard is on site. They actively invite everyone to the hammam, I recommend it, there were 6 sessions in 10 days, my back said thank you, the masseur is Onur with golden hands. The only minor disadvantage is the location of the hotel: it is located a little away from the city, so you need to get there in order to walk outside the hotel. And make it back in time if you don't have a car and use public transport. Overall, the impressions are positive, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff and good service. There were more positive moments than expected. We can recommend this hotel for a relaxing budget vacation.

The hotel is price - quality. We went at the end of August 2025 for 15 nights with a family of 4 people for 220 rubles. The hotel is quite good, but tired furniture and plumbing, but what do you want for that amount? We watched 2 and 3 were much more expensive, but here 5 stars 🤭 well, you have to understand the level 😁 The sea is super : cloudy, warm, but always waves (it will be problematic with small children) Food - there is always something to eat) the food is delicious, but without frills. They gave me crayfish once). And so from meat: chicken, mutton, red and white fish. Cosmos tortillas There were no shipments. The room was well cleaned, but we didn't get dirty either) There are 2 buildings A and B, we lived in the first one with a sea view 🫶 Keep in mind, there are many Turkish families in this hotel) It's a decent drive from the airport (2.5 hours) But it's already clear if you look at the map where the airport and Kargijak are located. We liked it. Don't wait for a 5* luxury hotel, it's a maximum of 3*
