I bought an apartment in Parkent Plaza and I want to share my experience:
1. The builders rented the apartment with a one-year delay. Initially, it was promised to complete the construction by the end of the third quarter of 2023, but it was actually completed only at the end of July 2024. However, it turned out to be difficult to come and live, as new problems appeared every day: either the electrics were done incorrectly, then there were problems with plumbing, then the windows would not close.
2. It is now the middle of October, but there is still no gas. People have moved into new apartments and live without gas and hot water.
3. The biggest problem: there was no water coming into the toilet tank. I called a plumber, and it turned out that the tank was connected to hot water from the boiler instead of cold. Now you have to break the tiles and redo everything all over again. The developer promised to fix it, but I refused so as not to spend another month on alterations.
They eliminated minor repair errors. However, regarding gas and cadastre, the developer promises to solve the problem “in two weeks” from the beginning of September, and now it is mid-October, and cold days are coming.

Super developer. The quality sign is +. And I give him all my good words. Believe me, this is a leader in construction. And they are gaining momentum in popularity.

A good sales department. Parvina's girlfriend explained everything clearly, took her to the construction site and showed her the chosen apartment.
The only negative. The sales department is open until 18:00. It would be better to do it from 10:00 to 19:00 so that working customers can see the new building after work.
