I have been attending the studio for the third year - I would like to note the professional approach and high efficiency of classes with coach Tatiana. I note that during the classes, physical fitness improved, joint pain disappeared, and posture improved. I recommend this studio for its professional approach, a lot of simulators, a new set of exercises and a healing effect every day! I recommend it!💪🏻♥️

I've visited all the studios in the city, and this one is the best. Coach Tatiana is a master of her Craft, she works from the bottom of her heart and with all her might. Regular classes have a visible effect in the first month. The equipment is always different, and the workouts are diverse, aimed at stretching the spine, strengthening the deep muscles of the body, and joint mobility. Tatiana's approach takes into account the individuality of each individual, the anatomy and capabilities of the body. I am happy with my result, since the beginning of classes I began to look much younger than my years, the pain in my body disappeared and the interest with which Tatiana works ignites in training and makes the process fascinating and soulful. I enjoy walking and looking forward to the next workout, it's a special kind of rest for me. Thanks to Coach Tatiana! All the best!

I'm studying at First Pirates Studio with Tatiana's coach — I'm incredibly happy! Very professional and attentive approach. Tatiana always follows the technique, explains how to turn on the muscles correctly, helps to feel her body in a new way and adapts exercises to the level of training. A cozy and peaceful atmosphere, a variety of exercise equipment, each lesson is different and interesting. Thank you, Tatiana and the entire First Pirates Studio team, for their professionalism!
