When it comes to bread and fish, the first thing that comes to mind is a shabby beach shop, Fish & Fish completely destroys this perception. Eating fish bread in a clean, spacious and modern environment in the heart of Ankara was a truly amazing experience Jul. I have tried Atom Bread. There were squid, whiting and shrimp in it. You notice it at the first bite; the material is plentiful and fresh. Especially the fact that the shrimp is not like rubber is a big plus. The bread is not the classic sandwich bread, but crispy on the outside with a soft special texture, very compatible with fish. The sauces that come with it are also carefully prepared; garlic mayonnaise has become my favorite. The prices are slightly higher than the average in Ankara, but considering the freshness of the products and the portion size, I think he's right. The service was also quite fast, the employees are friendly and give detailed information about the menu. If you have a ”good fish can't be eaten in Ankara" bias, Fish & Fish is a good candidate to break down this idea. Fast but not sleazy, shabby but not sloppy at all.
