The best car service in Almaty! On September 1, 2024, a diagnosis was made. On September 19, work was completed to replace parts of the brake system and the V-belt. When leaving the service station, the brake pedal just dived. I almost collided head-on with a car. I was lucky that the driver reacted. I returned to the service station, they told me that it was okay, just something happened when the brakes were replaced. Leave the car, we'll fix it. A few days later, I drove back to the service station, with the brakes squeaking. The masters, after checking, claimed that everything was fine. That's how it should be. On the appearance of a post-root sound, which I just think. Computer diagnostics did not show any errors. On November 23, 2024, I stopped at another service station. I felt kind of paranoid, because the masters from Fit servica said that everything was fine. But I was lucky, there were adequate guys, they quickly looked at everything for me and replaced the belt. Since before driving for 3 months, the belt just began to destroy. Of course, I understand that I will not insist on any guarantees for consumables and work. It was the first service station I visited after buying a car, and I was hooked. That there was a man in front of me in the queue who wanted to completely put his daughter 's car in order . I believed that the masters of this service station would be able to help me, and I would not worry about my safety. But in fact, I just imagined what would happen if this belt burst?

An excellent specialist is a professional in the chassis - Maxim. I conducted a diagnostic of the chassis and determined the knock. I recommend it! At other service stations, they were sentenced to change almost half of the car (stabilizer bars, stabilizer bushings, steering, ball), but it turned out that the nut on the shock absorber cup unscrewed a little, tightened on both sides and everything became fine!

Один из лучших сервисов. Запчасти очень оперативно привезут. На ремонт и детали гарантия есть. Бесплатные диагностики, акции, система накопления бонусов. Великолепная комната отдыха клиентов, бесплатные горячие напитки и развлечения: телевизор, приставка игровая. Блин даже наклейка "ребенок в машине" на заднее стекло есть, которую за бабки покупаешь.

Отличный автосервис! Впечатлил идеально чистый цех. Правда, одевать каску и халат, что бы туда пройти - это слегка перебор 😅 Плейстейшн в комнате ожидания тоже приятно удивил. Сервис ненавязчивый, помимо ТО продиагностировали машину, но ничего не пытались впарить - честно сказали, что пол годика походит нормально, а там уже стоит обратить внимание на пару моментов. Все понравилось. Буду обслуживаться тут регулярно 👍

Good service, SUZUKI does very well,they have their own spare parts,there are a lot of boxes and good specialists,prices are average,almost all cars are made,there is everything from a chiropractor to a good Electrician (Yuri).During rush hours, of course, traffic jams, but otherwise everything is fine.

The inspection will take more than an hour, but it turns out that there is a special room with a TV for customers and a PS 4 with coffee, in addition, you can watch how your car is going from the video surveillance monitors. Автосервис просто Супер ! Всем советую! Мастер приемщик пинял автомобиль , уточнил , что именно меня беспокоит по автомобилю. Авто забрали я же пошел в зону отдыха где есть wi-fi , диваны , кофе , чай и плейстейшен) пока играл )) механики нашли причину моих проблем, мастер приемщик озвучил цену запчастей и ремонт , меня вполне устроило так как еще дают еще гарантию на работы и запчасти и не нужно бегать по рынкам тоатить свое время. За 2 часа все сделали! Огромное спасибо команде Fit service!!!

Здравствуйте. Установил я себе Вашу программу. Описал что мне необходимо сделать. Записался на прием. Приехал. Опель Астра. Коробка робот. Требовалось обслужить. Синхронизировать. В случае необходимости отремонтировать. И за зря... Как оказалось такие коробки Вы не ремонтируете. Вы отняли моё время! Мастер конечно все профессионально мне объяснил. Кстати спасибо мастеру. Из Москвы парень на VW красном ездит. Но ошибка менеджера или программы что Вы заманиваете клиента. Мне кажется Вам бы сначала определиться с тем что Вы в действительности умеете делать, какое оборудование и для чего это оборудование Вы имеете а потом уже работать на свой авторитет. Вы потеряли не только клиента, но и мои рекомендации. Позже конечно мне еще два раза менеджеры звонили, извинялись, но осадочек остался... Получается что Ваша программа не функционирует должным образом. Или тот человек что записал меня на ремонт/обслуживание не имеет компетенции и не в курсе дел СТО. Отвратительно!

Обслуживание на высоком уровне, граммотный и отзывчивый персонал, очень приятная и уютная комната ожидания. Многие запчасти в наличии на складе, те, что под заказ - долго не приходится ждать: 3-9 дней.

Менял колодки и тормозные диски. Записывался через приложение, там же потом сохраняется история посещений и что делал-очень удобно. Работы сделали быстро, расходники брал у них-всё оригинал. На работу дали гарантию год. Всем рекомендую

Честно говоря я первые пять минут здесь и слегка шокирован профессиональным обслуживанием. Жду очередь на диагностику, после отпишусь. Но то, что вижу в зоне для клиентов - впечатляет. Ни у кого такого в Алматы нет. Однозначно!!!

I have been waiting for such a service in our city for a long time. There used to be a point somewhere far away, now it's a 10-minute drive from home. Very respectful, well diagnosed. Everything with papers, documents - as it should be. There are not enough games in the PS4 room, though, for the future it would be good to download GTA 5 and Tekken. Everything is fine :)
