I go to Neptune primarily for yoga and stretching classes — and I want to thank the coaches separately! Classes are held in a pleasant atmosphere, Sergey and Marina are very attentive, they will always tell you how to do the exercises correctly, monitor the technique and give useful recommendations. After training, you feel refreshed, and your body is much more flexible and relaxed. Thanks to Marina, there was a real love for yoga. Highly recommend it! Of the cons, I would like to see more cleanliness and cleaning of the hall..

It's a great place. There are several training halls of various types, a swimming pool, showers, a locker room with lockers and a steam room. The subscription is quite cheap. The only drawback is the huge number of people, which creates inconvenience during training.

The coaching staff is a cool, convenient subscription for a child, which can be used for 60 days (12 classes). I haven't seen this approach anywhere yet.
But, it's worth putting things in order and beautifying the interior, it's about late now.
Maybe it's worth raising prices, I think, if the owner can't afford repairs without it.

A wonderful place to relax with the whole family. Democratic prices. Clean pool, polite and helpful staff. A very interesting program for those who like to play sports. The subscriber allows you to attend individual and collective classes in several gyms, a swimming pool, a shower and a sauna, which is very convenient. The prices are cheaper only for free, and the condition of the sports equipment is just super. Fitness instructors, trainers and staff are competent and friendly.

I have been working in this place for many years, good friendly coaches and staff, up to the cloakroom attendants. After a good workout, you can swim in the pool at the expense of a subscription and sit in the sauna, I do powerlifting, there is an excellent bench for the Eleiko bench press, the vultures are also of the highest quality Ivano U.S.A, there are 2 platforms on the ground and on the 4th floor in the hall itself, many different group activities, for every taste, starting from mixed martial arts and stretching, up to sword fighting. The simulators are of premium quality, and the price of the subscription is pleasing. With all my hands for this hall!

The only institution in Kazakhstan where at a budget price ( from morning to evening from 5900 on weekdays to 6400 Tenge on weekends) there are so many high-altitude aquagorks, several types of baths, several types of pools, always friendly staff and delicious cafeteria cuisine!

After purchasing a subscription to the pool for 7000 tenge, which is valid from 8 00 to 23 00 (visit at any time), but in fact it is not realistic to get there on a weekday after 19 00, everything is occupied by group classes. The problem was not solved on the spot, customer orientation is 0! On a weekday, a person working from 19 00 to 21 00 cannot get into the pool and when buying a subscription, they do not talk about this at the reception.

A very pleasant place. The largest of all that I have seen is a pool for kids with a lifeguard really present (not a constantly whistling evil dude who does not allow jumping off the side, bitching and yelling, but a young man calmly sitting and watching the children). Cool slides.
! I was struck by the heated bench in my heart, it is very important, especially for kids and girls of all ages!
A separate pleasant moment is the kitchen - a large pizza, a lot (really a lot) of toppings and cheese, a very decent hamburger, fries and nuggets in fresh butter - fast and delicious. The staff at the cafe is just lovely - polite, very attentive, absolutely included in the client.
A somewhat unusual common room with lockers and a shared shower room. But opaque walls and closing doors to the shower and changing room completely smooth out this moment.
