I've been going all year and I can say with confidence that the girls at the reception don't try at all. In all decent places, the reception desk is almost the main face of the company, and the first one will smile and say hello and say goodbye, but not here. You will see a smile from a wardrobe employee more often than from these "assistants". And everything is fine, if only the price tag would be raised to dress up the clientele. The turnover of coaches, people without specialized higher education, after completing a couple of week-long courses for a certain amount of money, suddenly become coaches at this club, this is beyond any limits.

Отличный тренажерный зал. Вежливый персонал. Тренера хороший. Чистота в душевых. Спа зона отдельная тема тоже очень классно. Сауны горячий есть 2 бассейна. Есть кафе.

Пожалуй самый комфортный для посещения фитнес зала бассейном, сауной и др. Очень удобно, что на ресепшене выдаётся полотенчико для пота и стоит кулер с водой.

Улучшить можно было бы многое. Если бы центр посетило само руководство, начиная с душа, прочувствовали бы весь комфорт и удобство. Как минимум плесень, ржавчина не оставят равнодушным. Персонал хороший, но система отношения к клиенту поставлена с учетом: нам неважно, что говорит клиент.
Поскольку у фитнес клуба удобное расположение и отсутствие аналогичных услуг у конкурентов в целом, ходить буду. Но как только появится достойный конкурент, смело буду менять.
