The building is under renovation now. So it’s a bit noisy in the morning. Might be sometime. There is no breakfast.

The hotel has exceeded all expectations. It's a great location. The city center, the center of parties, installations, mini-concerts. There are countless shops, cafes and restaurants around. The view from the room was on the Republic Square.

I give four stars only for the location and price. There are enough disadvantages, the elevator is very slow, the linen is old, it can tear out of the blue. The view in the room was into a squalid courtyard + the sound of a hood (or it was an air conditioner) that did not allow the windows to open because of the hum.
