The hotel is good, the reception is wonderful. Very stylish and clean. Good rooms. But... Cheated 3 times( . In the morning, instead of the selected sets with semolina, oatmeal porridge, everyone was given rice with milk, cold scrambled eggs and ice sausages. And we waited for this 'dish' for 40 minutes. The same set was reheated and given the same one. As a result, breakfast consisted of coffee and juice. And we were late for the tour. But upon check-out, we were told that due to the lack of breakfast, we can get a free dinner upon check-in. We returned 3 days later. We were refused dinner (this is the 2nd deception). After a while, they offered a 10% discount on the restaurant. But this discount is included in the service! This is the 3rd deception. In a month, we planned a check-in of 12 people for 4 days, but, of course, we will choose another hotel. The photo shows a comparison of the menu and the food brought.

At 22.50 they said that the kitchen was already closing and orders were not being accepted, coffee was no longer being brewed. Mislead the guests!!!! If you make it clear in this way that you work until 23, then write about it. And everyone will be happy and satisfied. And they won't count on the opportunity to eat. This attitude overrides everything else. Therefore, the score is 3, not 5.
