Excellent service. At the age of 21, I bought a lenovo legion y530 laptop from my best friend, I knew the problems, and every time the problems were solved in this service.
1) The laptop began to shock and go into protection. Since a friend was working on this laptop, repairs were needed urgently. We did it perfectly, quickly and efficiently.
2) As soon as I bought a laptop from a friend, my cat bit through the display after a couple of days. This time I was already doing my project on the computer, and repairs were urgently needed. The service did everything great, brought them a laptop in the morning, and took it away that evening.
3) my colleague spilled coffee on the laptop, fortunately nothing terrible happened, because the laptop has a sealed keyboard. Time has passed, I handed over the computer for cleaning and replacing thermal paste in this service. I didn't ask, but I told him that a drink had been spilled on the computer, and that it was advisable to see if everything was okay with it. Everything turned out well, they also disassembled and cleaned the keyboard from sticking keys.
Well, recently I came to give my laptop to the service for prevention. I come to pick it up and they ask me:
- And what about the sound on your laptop?
- Yes, I forgot to tell you that the speakers on the laptop don't work (ever since I bought a computer from a friend), I always work on it with a headset, so I just stopped paying attention to it.
The wizard inserts the usb port from the mouse and I hear that the speakers are working. I was very pleasantly surprised.
- I understand that I didn't ask you to do this, but still. How much do I owe you for this repair?
- They don't have to do anything, there was business for 5 minutes.
I was pleasantly surprised, they told me all the details of what and why didn't work and how it was fixed. I, in turn, could not ignore such a gesture and paid above the price we agreed on. True, the amount was modest, but I think you should also respond to kindness with kindness in the amount that you can afford.
That's how I have a series of stories with this service.
I recommend it! Adequate cost. Excellent deadlines, of course, depending on the workload, but personally I was satisfied with everything. Excellent staff.

I want to start my review by contacting this service after a bad experience elsewhere.
I applied because there was no image on the laptop display. In the first service, the diagnosis was carried out in bad faith, as a result of which they said that they needed to completely replace the matrix. We bought it, inserted it ourselves, it didn't help. We fought verbally with those people for a long time and came to nothing.
I was lucky to find this service. I took the laptop, signed the contract immediately (in the last service, the contract was signed the next day, when I personally came for it) After 20 minutes, the master calls back and says that our native matrix in the laptop is fully working and only needed to slightly reinforce the loop. Additionally, the thermal paste was replaced and the cooling system was cleaned, as well as the missing mounting bolts on the back of the lid were inserted. They took only 50 rubles for the job.
I express my deepest gratitude to the people who work in this service. You are not only professionals in your field, but also responsive to customers and their problems that they address to you.

I think a lot can be understood from my experience.
I contacted the service with a short circuit problem on the motherboard. With my crooked hands, I first got thermal paste on the motherboard, and then I also removed it incorrectly. The laptop was dead - it showed no signs of life.
I took it to Five service. The next day, they called me and outlined the whole situation. They said that the motherboard needed to be repaired and named the amount - the price did not change and for exactly that price I took the laptop out of repair.
I applied to the service during the May holidays, but even with this in mind, it was done for me in 14 days.
Maybe it will seem long to someone, but from the repair I got the laptop in better condition than it was before! In addition to the fact that my motherboard was repaired, my coolers were changed, all components that were not working after the short circuit were restored, and screws were put where they were not. I also had one of the screws loose that opens the cover of the laptop, which was also repaired for me. All the dirt was removed.
In general, in addition to the fact that the laptop was brought to life after almost clinical death, it was also given good prevention.

The best service! Quick repairs, qualified staff, reasonable prices.
It so happened that the office was flooded and the laptop lay flooded all weekend. I contacted a service center, examined the laptop and said that they would not fix the device, they say, "fresh" and the damage is very severe. In the second, they called such a sum for repairs that the hair on my head began to move. And they didn't promise anything at all in terms of deadlines. But you have to work.
Thanks to a friend who recommended contacting these guys. The diagnosis was carried out, the cost and timing were agreed, photos of the damage were sent to Viber, and they told what they would do and how. The repair took 4 days, taking into account the order and waiting for the keyboard.
We checked everything during the issuance, and told about all the nuances. The laptop is working as if there was nothing. And there were thoughts of leaving it and going to buy a new one. Very pleasant service. Although I did not apply for a large-scale service, but simply to replace the thermal paste and clean the cooling system on the laptop, but everything was on the level. We gave preliminary advice on prices and services, issued documents, and in just a couple of hours I could already pick up my laptop. The guys pumped up, the problem with dinakim was fixed, very quickly. But they forgot to connect the antennas from the WiFi adapter, so they had to disassemble the laptop and connect it. I took off the cover and noticed that the battery mounts were broken 😢

I am writing a review three months after the repair. As usually happens, the laptop broke down at the most inappropriate moment, I said it mildly. I have to fly to another country tomorrow on a business trip, all my work for the last month is on my laptop. The laptop just didn't turn on in the morning. Before this service, I applied to two workshops, I can't say anything bad about them, but they didn't get into my position anywhere, just give them everywhere and wait for the results, of course I understand, but it couldn't suit me. After the diagnosis, they called themselves and explained everything in detail in a publicly available language. 4. The repair and cost were agreed upon and the left-hand "services" were not sold (personally, I already had such an experience). 5. I received guarantees on my hands, and of course my laptop. I really liked both the service and the very quality of the repair. Leaving my review as an expert, I can say that five is deserved.

I highly recommend this place. Now I will tell you in more detail: the Lenovo laptop was broken (it did not turn on). I took it to the service near my house and the laptop lay there for a week, while they constantly said that the breakdown was very complicated, a rare detail, etc. As a result, I took my laptop and contacted five service!! They explained everything to me in detail, told me the real terms and completed the repair in 1.5 days! (And I applied on the weekend)

Сервис не понравился. Мало того что не верно выявили неисправность в моноблоке, так еще и деталей не дощитался, и множество недостающих винтиков. По итогу сказали что вкрутят всё обратно когда я куплю деталь в китае. Ну нет ребята, так дела не делаются. В другом сервисе добавили недостающих винтиков и починили реально не работающую деталь. Боюсь подумать на какую сумму бы вышел ремонт в этом недосервисе если бы меняли исправные на новые комплектующие.

Not fixed. It doesn't matter. But there were no negative emotions left. They took away the cost of diagnostics 35 rubles. But at the same time they were in touch - they really said what they did when repairing the laptop. If you have one car, it can get lost. If its presence is not critical, you can give it away - they really want to fix it.

Совершенно не понимаю, за какие заслуги у этой компании такой высокий рейтинг по отзывам. Отдавался ноутбук с проблемой (после собственноручной чистки и замены термопасты) перестал включаться. Раньше в сервисы не обращался , повелся на высокий рейтинг данного заведения. По итогу примерно 4-5 дней диагностики - вывели возможную проблему (мультиконтроллер), уверили мол не исправен и возможно полетел процессор( повторюсь, я лишь разбирал и чистил ноут, при этом соблюдая все правила, в контакты не лез и тд). Как мог при обычной чистки полететь процессор - мне неизвестно. Прошло ещё пару дней заменили контроллер и сказали - мол дело ещё в процессоре ( выставили цену в замену примерно 450-500 р) , хотя люди хоть немного понимающие меня сейчас поймут ( в ноуте стоял обычный celeron) откуда такая цена это конечно их дело. По итогу двух недель непонятных диагностик и выставлении меня на процессор - решаю забрать ноут и отдать в другой сервис. Созвонившись с мастером - говорит мол завтра приезжайте и забирайте. Спрашиваю цену за работу с мультиконтроллером и тд- на что мастер отвечает (денег вы не должны) , мы отпаяем свой контроллер и установим ваш обратно. Я думаю, что за бред, но уже понял , что шарашкина контора и нужно забирать ноут.
По итогу забирал ноут не я, а моя девушка. Придя домой и вскрыв крышку ноута - вижу что контроллер даже не впаяли обратно, просто положили в пакетике.
Но вся развязка ситуации. Отдаю уже В АДЕКВАТНЫЙ СЕРВИС, буквально через 4 часа звонят и говорят мол процессор полетел и цена 330 р за ремонт. Ну думаю значит судьба такая(хоть и не понимаю как так можно угробить процессор при обычной чистке). Через 4 дня ноут готов- приезжаю его забирать. И что по итогу то?
А итог- мультиконтроллер который этот ЧУДО СЕРВИС (уверял что сломан ) оказался полностью исправен. И мастер говорит мол , с высокой долей вероятности ваш процессор ещё был жив ( тк мы обнаружили следы пайки у вашего старого процессора ), ( хотя их я трогать как-то процессор вообще не просил) и скорей всего изначально мы могли обойтись малой кровью ( по типу обрыва цепи и тд).
Даю огромный совет - будущим клиентам этого сервиса!!!!!! Не обращайтесь вы к ним и не ведитесь на хорошие отзывы(уж не знаю откуда у них столько положительных отзывов). По факту я вам описал реальную ситуацию выше. Угробили процессор , да ещё и пытались нагнуть за ремонт и так работающих компонентов.

Мой Аsus G75VW любимый и надежный (10-летней на пломбах ) ноут, в последнее время захворал. Проблема была с охлаждением и жутким шумом GPU кулера, постоянные перезагрузки. Звонил и писал в 6 контор, искал кулера GPU (за одно CPU) под заказ, узнавал цены ремонта. Три конторы записав марку ноута обещали перезвонить как найдут кулера, но потерялись! В двух конторах нашли кулера, но цена ремонта стоило как крыло от самолета.
Только в fiveservice.by уточнили, почему я считаю, что проблем именно в GPU кулере. После того как я рассказал обо всех симптомах ноута, мне сказали, что кулер смогут восстановить без покупки нового. То есть, просто провести профилактику и чистку ноута с заменой термопасты. Ноут был привезен ребятам вечером и как было обещано мне вечером следующего дня я забрал.
Мой любимчик полностью рабочий, тихий и как новый (тестил 3 дня по 12 ч, не одной перезагрузки и 60-65 температура GPU) цены адекватные! Спасибо профессионалам!

Отличный сервис. Внимательно относяться к клиентам. Работу выполнили быстро и качественно. У меня не работала часть клавиатуры на ноутбуке. По телефону я сообщил, что для меня важна срочность так как ноутбук рабочий и я не могу оставить его на длительный срок. Ребята из сервиса заказали клавиатуру для моего ноутбука заранее, ещё до диагностики, чтобы была возможность быстро её заменить если дело окажется в ней. Диагностику провели за полчаса. В итоге проблема оказалась действительно в клавиатуре. Спустя ещё полтора часа ноутбук уже был у меня. Спасибо Вам.

Я остался доволен сервисом. Хочется отметить внимательность и, употреблю заезженную фразу, индивидуальный подход - в моем случае собрали из двух нерабочих ноутов 1, получилось гораздо дешевле, чем ремонт одного из них с новыми запчастями. Впечатления от взаимодействия с мастером остались положительные.

Доброго времени суток. максимально не понравился данный сервис по ремонту ноутбуков. причину поломки не нашли, разобрали внутри контроллер и не припаяли обратно. когда звонишь узнать как проходит работа, кормят завтраками и толком ничего не говорят. честно говоря, не понимаю за что у данного сервиса стоит оценка 5.
за 2 недели ничего не починили. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ

Отличное место для ремонта ноутбуков, сразу по нескольким причинам. Во-первых, быстрый сервис - забрал ноутбук после очистки от пыли в тот же день, что и сдал. Второй ноутбук с более серьезными проблемами сделали на следующий день. Во-вторых, мастер всегда был на связи и уточнял вариантов оптимизации комплектующих ноутбука. В-третьих, но, пожалуй, самое важное - добросовестный подход. Мастер не только почистил пыль внутри ноутбука, но и достал клоки шерсти кота из-под клавиш клавиатуры. В-четвёртых, в сервисе сразу были необходимые комплектующие с хорошими ценами и сами цены на обслуживание были умеренными. Рекомендую и буду обращаться ещё (ведь кот-то никуда не делся:) ) .

Обратился с чисткой и ремонтом веб камеры ноутбука lenovo ideapad s340-15iwl. Работа была выполнена качественно и за 48 минут с учетом очереди. Отличный сервис. Адекватные и приветливые специалисты. Обьяснили подробно по технической части с фотографиями и тестами. Очень доволен оказанной услугой и адекватной ценой. Люди делают качественно и клиентоориентированно.

Сдавал ноутбук в эту мастерскую lenovo m5400, работой очень доволен,полетел транслятор и несколько деталей, сделали все максимально быстро, по возможности, цены приемлемые, все объяснили, все показали, проконсультировали, мастера отзывчивые, связь всегда поддерживают, ещё и ко всему сделали бесплатно профилактику охлаждающей системы, в общем рекомендую 100%, по любым вопросам касательно техники, сразу сюда не пожалеете!

Сдавал в этот сервис У меня Lenovo IdeaPad Y700, просто однажды не включился, в расстройстве побежал и сдал в мастерскую около дома, через три дня позвонили, общая сумма ремонта 380 рублей, я решил перестраховаться, забрал ноутбук и по рекомендации своей знакомой обратился в этот сервис, ответили мне к вечеру и как оказалось просто нужно было сбросить биос, и никакой ремонт нужен не был. Спасибо за порядочность! 5+

Обращался сюда по совету знакомого, сдал компьютер, через 3 дня звонок - проблема решена, ценник соответствует работе, говорят и устраняют неисправность четко и по делу, , ничего лишнего, порядочность и компетентность + в карму

Сдал ноутбук в этот сервис, перед этим мой ноутбук был ещё в двух мастерских, в каждой из них я получал разные суммы ремонта и разные неисправности. Друг порекомендовал обратиться в FiveService. Я обратился и не прогадал. Ребята сделали всё быстро и по деньгам, я даже не ожидал, более чем приемлимо, к слову, в других центра цена отличалась минимум в 3 раза. Спасибо огромное, буду Вас рекомендовать!
