Repair time? quickly, there is also an option to do at max. short deadlines, subject to the availability of components in the service A guarantee? here I have a sediment, there is no guarantee for the processor's performance, which was not previously mentioned, and the master did not say anything about the soldering guarantee, only clarified that there have been no complaints among customers for 2 years, is it possible to believe unfounded? As a result, the processor is working, the laptop is fully functional, and the prevention of thermal paste and liquid thermal pads keeps an acceptable temperature. Will I continue to use this service and advise my friends, I think so, although the guarantee situation has failed. P.S. what do I have to do if the processor lasts a month or two and cracks? going through it all over again? I don't want to, we'll wait and see.

In the first service, the diagnosis was carried out in bad faith, as a result of which they said that they needed to completely replace the matrix. We bought it, inserted it ourselves, it didn't help. We fought verbally with those people for a long time and came to nothing. I was lucky to find this service. I took the laptop, signed the contract immediately (in the last service, the contract was signed the next day, when I personally came for it) After 20 minutes, the master calls back and says that our native matrix in the laptop is fully working and only needed to slightly reinforce the loop. Additionally, the thermal paste was replaced and the cooling system was cleaned, as well as the missing mounting bolts on the back of the lid were inserted. They took only 50 rubles for the job. I express my deepest gratitude to the people who work in this service. You are not only professionals in your field, but also responsive to customers and their problems that they address to you. I took the Lenovo Thinkpad T15 for Repair. Pavel, an employee, very professionally and efficiently suggested what the problem was. He disassembled the laptop with me and performed a high-quality diagnosis. There were no accessories (cooler), but they gave me a link where I can buy a cooler (link to aliexpress). After waiting for the components, they literally took my laptop with me, replaced the cooler, and I checked the functionality after literally waiting 20 minutes. They even asked me if I had disassembled the laptop, because it seemed to the mater (not unreasonably) that the cooler tubes were being removed, and before that I had just taken the laptop to another service center and the master noticed this (the amount of thermal paste was incorrect). The wizard fixed it, even suggested that in order to check the CPU usage at 100%, you need to connect the power supply (otherwise the laptop switches to battery saving mode and limits CPU usage to about 70-80%) The cooler started working like new - quietly and smoothly. The master wiped the dust off the laptop and I didn't even recognize the laptop initially, I thought that the master had taken out another new laptop, but it was my laptop, the master just wiped all the dust off the keyboard. And yet - the initial diagnosis (problem search) was carried out for free, which also adds a plus to them. I give 5 stars and in case you have problems with computer equipment (in particular Lenovo laptops), I recommend this service and Pavel's master. And their office is also clean and tidy, by the way. The service is professional. The staff will answer all questions on the technical side, on the case, and their advice is good for finding a solution to the problem. With my crooked hands, I first got thermal paste on the motherboard, and then I also removed it incorrectly. The laptop was dead - it showed no signs of life. I took it to Five service. They said that the motherboard needed to be repaired and named the amount - the price did not change and for exactly that price I took the laptop out of repair. I applied to the service during the May holidays, but even with this in mind, it was done for me in 14 days. Maybe it will seem long to someone, but from the repair I got the laptop in better condition than it was before! In addition to the fact that my motherboard was repaired, my coolers were changed, all components that were not working after the short circuit were restored, and screws were put where they were not. I also had one of the screws loose that opens the cover of the laptop, which was also repaired for me. All the dirt was removed. In general, in addition to the fact that the laptop was brought to life after almost clinical death, it was also given good prevention.
