In November, I came across a situation where my mother's (88 years old) mobile phone stopped working (at first it got very hot and turned off). I contacted Fix.bel, describing the situation and asking for help. We bought a mobile phone a year ago. New and modern with a lot of memory. It turned out that this particular model has such a systemic problem. As a result, it turned out that the mobile phone sold to us had already been repaired as a new one. Nevertheless, the company redid everything efficiently and very quickly + inexpensively. It's the end of January. The mobile phone works like new. Mom is happy. No need to retrain to a new model. It's difficult at her age. From me and mom, just words of gratitude for the speed of the repair, kindness, patience and quality! I recommend it wholeheartedly. Anyone who has faced the situation of old parents and the inability to reach them (my horror and freeze - suddenly what happened) will understand me! I gave the Pixel 5a for repair. The phone overheated, turned off and did not turn on anymore. Even there burned down in general. The problem is serious, it was necessary to solder some kind of chip. In general, the breakdown is a disadvantage of the manufacturer. Somewhere there was a lack of thermal paste. In general, the repair was done just for 10/10. Of course, there are nuances in time, but it was important for me to do it carefully and efficiently, which the company coped with perfectly.
