And they rubbed all sorts of game into me, and they also disconnected the hard drive, Wi-fi, in short, they disconnected everything they could, and they also stole 2 rubber feet from me. If you want to fix a laptop or any device, do not go to them, they take the problem out of thin air and say that they will fix it for a good sum. There is still a residue after so many years have passed.

I got through, they promised to fix it within the next week. In fact, on August 22, after 3 weeks of silence, the service came for me. Where they brazenly began to lie to a person that they called and wrote to me, and I ignored them. They called and wrote to say that it turns out they will not be able to fix it, although they initially said the opposite. They sent me to another workshop, where I was informed of a completely different problem in the device. The staff is not competent and irresponsible. If you don't know how, don't take it!
