I visited this Fix Price store at 2 p.m. I would like to draw your attention to the unacceptable behavior of employees. When contacting an employee with a routine question about the location of the product, I received a rude and dismissive response. When I contacted another employee again, the situation repeated itself: when I politely "excuse me," they sharply replied "I'm sorry," which was said with obvious mockery and disrespect. I consider such behavior to be frankly boorish and unacceptable for service sector employees. I came to the store as an ordinary customer, not as a person who can be treated with disdain. I ask you to conduct a check on this fact and take measures against employees who have committed such behavior. Otherwise, I will be forced to apply to higher authorities.
