At this place today, they demanded that I leave my backpack. Refusing to do this, the guard of this place grumbled and swore for a very long time. At the checkout, paying for the goods, the cashier ORDERED to show the presence of the backpack to the guard. Violating all the rules of the consumer. Article 16 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses states that no one can be subjected to personal search and inspection of his belongings except on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by this Code.
I asked if there were any suspicions (witnesses, surveillance video) that I was stealing something, they started referring to conscience. I demanded that the police be called for an inspection in such a case. The inspection may be carried out by employees of the internal affairs bodies (police officers) and a number of other law enforcement agencies that have detained the offender. The list of such persons is clearly limited by law, for example, Article 620 of the Administrative Code, Article 230 of the CPC, Article 6 of the Law "On Operational investigative activities".
The employees of this store violated my personal rights, while trying to slander me. This store does not have video surveillance, as well as storage cabinets are not reliable. For this reason, I refused to leave my personal belongings, in this case my backpack.
Considering that the store's employees violated the rights of consumers, I have every right to sue you, as well as file a statement that they wanted to slander.

Terrible service at the checkout, the seller, although a young girl, but in communication like an aunt from a Scoop, is rude, rude and bickering. There is no complaint book. They wanted to take a picture of the name badge (Karina Balkasyn), so she closed it, and then completely took it off and hid it. There is no sense from the administrator, the cashier wanted to sneeze at her, continued to be rude and did not put the badge back on the order of the authorities. It's just awful!
